Title: Engineering Manager
Tony has professional experience in civil and environmental engineering since 2000 for federal government, state government, and commercial clients. Experience has led to a working knowledge of government regulations related to the industry and strong analytical and writing skills. Experience includes preparation of environmental compliance documents including feasibility studies, remedial investigations, technical memos, and work plans. Experience also includes human-health risk and ecological assessments, laboratory and field data management, health and safety officer duties, soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling fieldwork, and coordination with subcontractors. Starting in January 2004, focus shifted to operation and maintenance (O&M) and optimization of soil/groundwater/vapor remediation systems and liquid industrial waste treatment systems
Starting in the fall of 2006, responsibilities expanded to include project and program management; strategic planning; project metrics and scheduling; subcontractor management; stakeholder communication/coordination; engineering design; cost estimation, forecasting, tracking, and analysis; regulatory agency permit application, compliance, and reporting; property closure and divestment (including easements and access agreements); lead author on technical documents (work plans, feasibility studies, etc.); preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs); construction oversight of environmental remediation systems; remediation system startup; and remediation system performance reviews. Starting September 2020, promoted to Engineering Manager with increased corporate and leadership responsibilities.
