Roger has professional experience in hydrogeology and specialized engineering geology studies since 1974. Current professional responsibilities include technical oversight and review of Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies, and Remedial Design support for federal and state Superfund Sites; technical direction and quality assurance/quality control review of soil and groundwater contamination studies, groundwater supply and development studies, aquifer storage and recovery, dewatering system design, groundwater flow and contaminant transport modeling, and engineering‑related groundwater studies throughout the southwestern United States.  Areas of specialization include injection and extraction well design and construction, aquifer testing and analysis, assessment of dense non-aqueous phase liquid (DNAPL) occurrence and recovery, regional groundwater resource evaluations, and groundwater evaluations for municipal water supplies.
