Title: Senior Hydrogeologist
Jim has professional experience in hydrology and hydrogeology since 1979. He has extensive experience supervising and conducting groundwater and surface water investigations in support of environmental and water supply projects, including hydrogeologic investigations for mining projects. He has experience with both public and private sectors in Assured and Adequate Water Supply studies and applications. He has excellent technical writing skills and comprehensive knowledge of groundwater and surface water laws, water rights, environmental and groundwater permitting, and regulatory requirements and procedures. Jim works with various governmental agencies including Arizona Department of Water Resources, Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, and United States Environmental Protection Agency.
