Matthew has been providing environmental consulting services for groundwater remediation projects regulated by the California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC) and the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). Current professional responsibilities include investigation of soil and groundwater contamination; monitor well design, construction, and development; soil, soil vapor, and water quality monitoring and data evaluation; coordination with environmental laboratories and subcontractors; and preparation of data submittals and monitoring reports.
