Ruben has professional experience in providing civil and environmental consulting services since 2016 working for federal, state, and commercial clients. His experience has led to a working knowledge of groundwater and soil remediation projects regulated by the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) and the Southern California Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD). Current professional responsibilities include operations and maintenance (O&M) tasks including vapor and groundwater sampling, treatment system optimization, review and evaluation of remediation results generated from field data. Experience also includes providing engineering support and oversight of work and monthly data submittals, preparation of technical memos and treatment system status reports, as well as quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) tasks verifying regulatory agency compliance.
