Title: Principal Hydrogeologist

Chris has over 26 years of hydrogeologic characterization and groundwater modeling experience.  Chris’ experience includes groundwater investigations at both state and federal superfund sites, water supply projects, well rehabilitation, underground storage tank investigations, construction dewatering, aquifer protection permitting (APP), landfill gas monitoring and remediation, groundwater remediation investigations at municipal and military landfills, and soil remediation investigations at various industrial and agricultural sites. Since 2018, Chris has worked as a consultant to Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) conducting some of the first PFAS investigation/characterization and remediation projects in the Arizona. Since 2014 Chris has served as a technical advisor to ADEQ on several of the largest federal superfund sites in Arizona including, Phoenix Goodyear North and South Sites, Motorola 52nd Street, and Tucson International Airport Area.   His responsibilities have included project management, groundwater monitoring and assessment, installation of groundwater monitoring wells, soil and water sampling, collection and interpretation of field data, analysis of aquifer tests, groundwater modeling, and report preparation.  Chris has also provided extensive technical support to various clients during negotiations with state and federal agencies.
