H+A hires professionals with degrees in geosciences, hydrology, engineering, and environmental sciences. Skills in geographic information systems, modeling and computer applications, design, and relevant field instrumentation are helpful. Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communication is a requirement. Field staff are required to participate in a health monitoring and fitness program including OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 training.
